Ad. 1. Objectives of the website
We received a little grant from the Polish Committee for Scientific Research, which aims to support the endeavors to elaborate a proposal for 6th FP of the EU RTD&D Commission.
We decided to consider also a possibility of elaboration of the proposal for the call published on 27 February 2003 on " New and Emerging Science and Technology " - for action line ADVENTURE projects ( call reference number/identifier : FP6-2003-NEST-A ).

The RTD&D Commission precise ( under http://www.cordis.lu/fp6/nest_mechanisms.htm ) that:
" .. ADVENTURE projects should address very challenging objectives in a novel and adventurous way to develop new scientific understanding and technological capabilities. They should use unconventional and innovative approaches, bringing together teams of researchers with different areas of expertise. Researchers will be expected to show strong personal commitment to their projects, appropriate to the high potential rewards expected... ADVENTURE projects must be of truly excellent scientific quality, and have well-defined objectives. In principle, ADVENTURE projects may be undertaken in any research field, with the expectation that in many cases, they will be multidisciplinary. ADVENTURE projects will generally be implemented as 'specific targeted research projects'..."

The commission foresee for the mentioned type of proposals so called STREP instrument (specific targeted research project or co -ordination actions). The second deadline is 22 October 2003.
Taking into account these requirements, we present just now idea suitable for an ADVENTURE projects ).

So, we invite for the cooperation in the elaboration of the proposal sub title " Altered states of consciousness at critical local sidereal time as a method of improvement of well being and health of older people." This subject it is more specialized that the general idea presented by us under http://salve.slam.katowice.pl/adventure.htm where we discuss the subject of " On line healing tool "

It is important to emphasize that we discern this particular subject from all the range of topics presented on our WWW pages as a most fascinating objective of scientific research.
The discussed phenomenon is novel and not yet verified by independent research centers.
The phenomenon seems to be controversial, however the thesis is falsifiable. It can be proved or disapproved.
When the phenomenon will occur real it can serve as the core for many curing ( ' healing ' ) procedures, as well as for ' procedures enhancing creativity.
We discuss below how we plan to implement the verified results of research in the system of very practical tasks. The discussed phenomenon can be the core or an example of another ' healing methods '. The ' healing methods ' can be used in many different clinical situations. We propose however to utilize the discussed phenomenon, as well as other ' healing procedures ' to help the particular subpopulation, namely the older people.
It is obvious that stimulation of mood and self -esteem of older people can be enhanced by various, other ' healing methods '.

It is obvious that the task to improve well being and health of older people is much more composed and sophisticated then stimulation of mood. Therefore we formulated a complete set of necessary endeavors needed to help older people and we discuss them under http://salve.slam.katowice.pl/old.htm


We imagine the cooperation on this subject in the following way:
1. W have begun the construction of this website, which will serve as a tool to communicate and gather slowly all necessary materials necessary to complete the text of the proposal.
2. The first stage could consists on the 'brain storming phase'.
3. On the basis of this kind of discussion we will try to formulate: workpakage list, deliverables list, workpackage descriptions and present them in the mentioned website also. It would be useful and the work would progress quickly if interested potential partners will formulate workackages about the work, which they would like to perform.
4. When the website will contain almost all necessary documents some final steps necessary to the elaboration of the proposal can be accomplished also by any partner, who would like to take the role of the general coordinator.
The presented methodology of the elaboration of the proposal will be possible when the objectives , final goal and the outline of necessary work aiming to the fixed goal of the project will be presented in more details. We concentrate here on the draft of the proposal for the subject named here by 'entry' ( watchwords ): " Altered states of consciousness at critical local sidereal time as a method of improvement of well being and health of older people "

Introduction

European population become older. The percentage of old people increase. Average feeling, general well being and health of older people is not very good. They suffer often by reason of chronic diseases and decreased mood or even depression. Loneliness, low self esteem, feeling of live meaningless are their frequent problems. Contemporary it is possible to propose and next to verify some simple ' healing methods ' which could help older people and improve their average well being.

Assumptions and theoretical justification of the project.

The visible body of a person can be treated as the ' 3D insertion ' of much larger ' object ' which really exists physically, but in the past light cone of the 4D time space. Review of physical ( cosmological ) theories and the discussions with physicists leads to the conclusion that the ' past ' still exists, however it seems to be inaccessible. The course of life of any person forms in the past light cone the ' three dimensional trace ' Matti Pitkanen postulates that this ' trace ' is essential for many physiological functions of the human organism. First of all the ' long term memory ' is based , according to him on quantum entanglements of the present states of neuronal circuits with this ' trace ' existing in the past light cone.
Matti Pitkanen formulated also the theory that curing and healing methods are based on the reinforcement of ' quantum bounds ' between the present body and the trace of the past body.
It seems that some ' healing methods ' can be especially suitable for the improvement of well being and average mood of older people on the principle of the intensification of the awareness of oneself and better recall of own biography, especially of positive aspects of past events.
Access to the images of past events can be impaired not only by distorted ability of remembrances but also by mental fragmentation of
(1) real own actions ( events ) in the past,
(2) by later mental rather negative judgements and evaluations of own past acts.
Fragmentation of ' life trace ' by own real past actions can be exemplified by a divorce and complete withdrawal from acquaintance ( relation ) with former partner and repulsion of any remembrances from this period of life.
Bert Hellinger conceived a very known method of the family treatment, which is based on the detection of these kind of isolations from members forming so called ' essential group of persons ' . The method consists on real realization of seances called ' family constellations ' . The constellation is realized by help of people who represent the family members. Theory of the method evidently refers to the past events entangled with the present situation.
Fragmentation of ' life trace ' by later mental negative judgements and evaluations of own past acts is known as so called ' negative thinking '. Bad mood, pessimistic ' state of mind ', depression can influence evaluation of own acts, value of own performances and emotional estimation of own past life. The vicious circle of low self esteem and meaningless of life develops
On average, older people suffer by reason of loneliness. They feel often not needed and not involved in important happenings. Often it is a real fact. The week involvement in significant matters results not only by isolation from past acquainted people but also by week present ability to bound new relationships

The objectives of the project.

The realization of the project would consist on
(1) verification of James Spottiswoode's hypothesis presented in his article sub title : " Apparent Association between Effect Size in Free Response Anomalous Cognition Experiments and Local Sidereal Time " ( please refer to http://www.jsasoc.com/ ),
(2) elaboration on the basis of this phenomenon a practical ' healing procedure ' , which would be useful for older people ( please refer to http://e-learning5.webpark.pl/adventure.htm ,
(3) introductory demonstration of the utility of this procedure,
(4) comparison with other ' healing procedures ',
(5) formulation of the context ' how and when ' to utilize the elaborated procedure.

Steps, work plan of the project, work packages

The mentioned objectives of the project determine the outline of the work plan and work packages.
We mentioned already that there are many ' healing procedures ' suitable to help people. It is
