Memories of Erasmus+ mobility in Nysa from our former student Blinera from Kosovo
From the nice strangers who go on to help you with your heavy luggage without being asked, to the amazing classmates who invite you over for dinner to help you with YOUR homework. Poland was just perfect!
I am Blinera and I’m from Kosovo. I’ve studied Applied Economics and Management at the University of Prishtina. During my studies (3 years ago) I decided to go with Erasmus in Nysa, Poland. After it was over, all I wanted was to relive it. So the following year, I went to nice, France. I enjoyed my time in both places and I’m grateful to Erasmus for the great opportunities which helped me grow more than I could have imagined, both personally and academically.
Despite the fact that I enjoyed my time in both places, my experience in Nysa remains my favorite. Yes, it was a small town, but it had the best people, and that’s what made it perfect. I met a lot of people from all over the world, including students from Mexico, Spain, Greece, Morocco, Turkey, Czech Republic, France, and Germany, and built strong friendships with all of them.
It's been three years, and I've had many great moments in my life since then, but some of the best are still related to my time in Poland, for which I'll be eternally grateful.
I wanted to write this story because I wish I had known back then that I would have the time of my life with Erasmus, and I hope this message reaches the students who want to join the program. Do it, and you will have the time of your life!
