On 12th December Erasmus Plus students and all International Cooperation Office staff gathered on the annual Christmas meeting. It took place in student bar "Kocioł", which was beautifully decorated with Christmas tree, candles and green branches.
In festive mood, after breaking of the wafer and exchanging wishes, everyone sat down at the dinner table and had an opportunity to try typical polish food, like barszcz z uszkami, pierogi, krokiety, śledzie, kutia and kompot z suszu. When everyone became content and full we sang polish carols, which was not so easy but for sure caused a lot of fun. This meeting was also a unique opportunity to find out more about Polish old customs and traditions connected with celebrating Christmas time. Students prepared hand-made Christmas baubles with great commitment and gave them as a gift to Her Magnificence Rector during meeting, where all authorities of our institution met to sing carols.
