Local transport: how to get to Nysa
If you decide to fly to Poland, the nearest airport is in Wroclaw, but you can also fly to Katowice, Krakow or Warsaw.
Wroclaw:
When you flying to Wrocław, you need to take bus number 406 from the airport to Dworzec Wroclaw Główny PKP (railway station in the centre of the town) and Dworzec Centralny PKS (bus station in the centre of the town) where you can either take a train or bus to Nysa. Bus 406 runs to PKP station and PKS station: in common days for 20-30 minutes (from 4,52am - 22.53 pm), in free days and holidays for 40 minutes (from 6.02am - 22.56pm). From Wroclaw it is better to take a bus, which goes directly to Nysa and trip takes about 1h 50 minutes or less. If you decide to take a train, you need to go to Opole and change to another train in order to get to Nysa.
Katowice:
When you flying to Katowice you need to take a bus line "linia lotnisko" from airport to Katowice Centrum (centre of the town) where near PKP - railway station and PKS - bus station are located. Bus "linia lotnisko" runs to Katowice for 1h (from 01.00am - 00.00pm). From bus station you can take a direct bus to Nysa and there are also frequent train connections from railway station, but you might need to change one - two times in order to get to Nysa.
Warsaw:
When you flying to Warsaw you need to take a bus number 175 from airport to Warsaw Centrum (centre of the town) where are PKS - bus station and PKP - railway station. From Warsaw (airport) you can take also a direct bus to Nysa and there are also frequent train connections from railway station (in the centre of the town), but you might need to change one - two times in order to get to Nysa.
Cracow:
When you flying to Kraków you need to take a bus number 292 from airport to Kraków Dworzec Główny PKP (railway station in the centre of the town) and Regionalny Dworzec Autobusowy PKS (bus station). You can take a special train line Balice Airport - Kraków Dworzec Główny (railway station in the centre of the town) about 35 trains daily. From Kraków (bus station in the centre of the town) you can take a direct bus to Nysa and there are also frequent train connections (from railway station in the centre of the town), but you might need to change a one - two times in order to get to Nysa.
